Manny Lerma

Founder & Pest Control Professional

I’ve spent nearly 50 years in the pest control industry, and in 1986, I founded Black Knight Pest Control right here in McKinney. Over the years, I’ve learned that a business doesn’t last for decades by accident. It takes honesty, integrity, experience, and a commitment to doing the job right.

I was trained in traditional pest control methods, but I’ve always believed in continuing to learn and adapting as the industry changes. After 40 years of Black Knight, I’m incredibly proud of the reputation we’ve built and the customers who have trusted us with their homes and businesses. I’m also grateful for the opportunity to pass along what I’ve learned and help carry Black Knight forward for the next generation.

Jordan Lambe

Pest Control Technician

Serving my community has always been important to me. My years as a firefighter have taught me the value of trust, hard work, and being there when people need you—values I bring with me into pest control every day.

I’ve always wanted to be a part of a growing business. When I was introduced to pest control, I found a new passion that lets me continue helping people while remaining part of something lasting. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from Manny’s decades of experience and proud to be part of the future of Black Knight Pest Control.
