Black Knight Termite Shield
Year-Round Protection for Just $10 a Month
*Black Knight’s Termite Shield is an option only available to Premium and Premium Plus customers
Termites can do a lot of damage before you ever know they’re there. Subterranean termites often work behind walls, beneath floors, and in other areas of your home where activity can easily go unnoticed.
Black Knight Pest Control’s Black Knight's Termite Shield gives you added peace of mind for just $10 per month as an add-on to your pest control service.
While your plan is active, your home remains covered under our subterranean termite guarantee. If subterranean termites are discovered during your coverage period,
Black Knight will spot-treat the active area at no additional charge. If you prefer a full-home termite treatment, you’ll receive
50% off the full treatment.
Your $10/Month Protection Includes:
- Spot treatment of active subterranean termite areas at no additional charge
- 50% off a full-home termite treatment if you choose that option
- Professional guidance from a company with decades of termite and pest control experience
- Affordable protection added to your regular pest control service
Know the Signs of Termites
Keep an eye out for:
- Swarming termites, which can sometimes resemble flying ants
- Discarded wings around windows, doors, or other entry points
- Mud tubes along your foundation or other parts of the structure
- Wood that appears blistered, soft, or sounds hollow when tapped
- Doors or windows that suddenly become difficult to open or close
What Termites Are Covered?
The Black Knight's Termite Shield covers subterranean termites.
Drywood and Formosan termites are not included under this plan and may require different or specialized treatment methods. If another type of termite is identified, Black Knight Pest Control can discuss available treatment options with you.
What Happens If Termites Are Found?
If covered subterranean termite activity is discovered while your plan is active, Black Knight Pest Control will return and spot-treat the active infestation area at no additional charge.
If you would rather have the entire home treated, you can choose to receive 50% off a full-home termite treatment.
WDI Inspections
Black Knight Pest Control also provides Wood-Destroying Insect (WDI) inspections for real estate transactions. Contact us to schedule an inspection or learn more about what's included.
